Christmas increasingly revolves around more expensive gifts putting many people into Christmas debt because they feel forced to buy high end gifts. Why must we do this to ourselves every year? What’s wrong with buying a nice gift without it being extravagant? Especially since so many gifts have to be purchased as the size of families increase. Maybe I am crazy but I love well thought out gifts that don’t carry a hefty price tag. It’s the thought that counts. The most important part of the holiday is spending it with those that we love. – Just a random Christmas rant from a bookworm.

Arrow is in the middle of it;s final season… Season 8, ending in the beginning of 2020. While it is saddening to see the show come to an end it also better to see it go out with a bang. “Crisis On Infinite Earths” will be a huge crossover event. The crossover will include the following TV shows: Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman. Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow will air on the same date, January 14th, 2020. The final season of Arrow is airing on the CW currently. If you haven’t heard of the new meatless meat, Beyond Meat, by now then check them out. They are the latest trend in meatless meats. The hype around Beyond Meat is really high, so high that I assumed they wouldn’t be more than mediocre tasting… maybe, hopefully, something similar to Boca, who puts out my favorite meatless burgers.
