DIY Halloween Decorations

Halloween decorations can be expensive… no, they ARE expensive. What does one do when finances are tight? DIY it! DIY projects can be cheap or expensive, pending materials. There are also projects for beginners as well as advanced DIYers. I took it upon myself to DIY an outdoor Halloween decoration due to cost and because I wanted to as a wood working lover.
